One of the most arresting quality of continuous product development is the recognition of separating "process" from "product" through LEAN.
Lean is an existent area, that far matters in business than customer needs.
A bad product might be accepted by the customer but it will not push your business higher.
Given the extreme competition in SAAS, LEAN is used for a much higher purpose.
Existence
Today, a bad product will fail in the market, because somebody built a more effective version.
And you would want to build an even more effective solution.
And this can be achieved by LEAN.
What does lean do:
- It creates small capacity to do more of the same
- It free ups large capacity to do something else
So, in essence lean creates vast availability of human time to try new things. More on this later.
While it creates efficiency in the existing attempts of doing needful objectives. And given, the host of things we humans have to do, this creates certainty around them, which means less expenditure of the mind. Lean makes old things mindless to accomplish.
