If you play a championship game, the scope will be decidedly limited.
That is if you want to be a Fortune 500 business.
It's not easy to decipher scope.
- You have to think big continuously- While building you may get down in the details and find yourself losing the big scope but you have to come out of it and see not just the big picture (which an idea can have) but the big picture of big idea.
- ...
- Re-evaluate with consistent Vision
- With a big scope in sight, the details will thereby challenge your thinking by hitting
