Ideas need to define olympic scope and not just a specific championship.
If you play a championship game, the scope will be decidedly limited.
That is if you want to be a Fortune 500 business.
It's not easy to decipher scope.
- You have to think big continuously- While building you may get down in the details and find yourself losing the big scope but you have to come out of it and see not just the big picture (which an idea can have) but the big picture of big idea.

- Re-evaluate with consistent Vision
- With a big scope in sight, the details will thereby challenge your thinking by hitting
it with the real world structure, so you will have to re-build the product. Re-building can
be costly. So to minimize that; the early version of the product needs to be built on flexible
outlines those which doesn't require thinking from scratch. The vision can stay consistent during this time.

Something which is very prominent in the beginning of product development and continues its relevance afterwards.
- Search for Questions - When you identify a problem, it just isn't valuable. One needs to search for the right questions to ask.
- Search for Answers - When you have questions that are promising, they just can't be converted into mockups. One needs to search for answers. How is everybody dealing with those problems.
To go in this mode, be perceptive to the need to fill emptiness in your idea when it is missing substance.
